Spectacle devoted to the 60th anniversary of Folk Dance Group- Mezdra
On 06.05.2007, during the 34th Mezdra -May celebrations, Ensemble Mezdra noted its 60th anniversary with the spectacle " Future from the past", telling the story of the ensemble. The spectacle was produced by the group leader Miroslav Asparuhov, scriptwriters- Petko Kotlarski, Janeta Lashkova and Miroslav Asparuhov, musical setting- Ivan Atanasov. All the group dancers, veterans and Children Folk Group took part in the performance.

'Let's get familiar with Bulgarian folklore, assess its true worth and start dancing Bulgarian 'horo' together.'
This is the motto under which the choreographer of the Folk Group is organizing a free course for all those who wish to become acquainted with the different ethnographic areas and learn typical for them 'hora'.
The course will be held in the Folk Group's hall , in the Community Centre 'Prosveta'-Mezdra, on Wednesdays at 6.00 p.m.
